Helena Swann is a polyamorous leatherdyke of the queer femme persuasion. She’s also white, borderline, and bottomy, a nonstop (over)thinker whose current musings revolve around princessing as feminist practice, femmephobia’s intersections with transmisogyny, and integration in insanity through the body’s inherent knowledge. Hailing from the southern coast of California, she now lives in Montréal, where she hates the winter but loves how excited it makes people about summer. Rob Clarke. For the past couple of years I’ve been attending erotic drawing classes here in NYC. Sometimes, while I’m drawing beautiful guys in depraved poses I have flashbacks to an afternoon in high school biology class 30 years ago when my teacher, Mr. Schofield, took a wild tangent into aesthetics to state authoritatively that it was unnatural for anyone to want to look at a picture of a naked man’s ass. I think one of the primary motivations for me making art has been to say, “Fuck You Schofield.”

Blue Harvest Foto is the bastard brain child of a Photographer who wishes to keep his super hero identity private. The focus of the Blue Harvest endeavor is to explore, reflect and bring to an audience the art and beauty of Erotica. Tasteful yet titillating, provocative yet artistic, sometimes shocking but hopefully thought provoking. There is beauty to be found in people of all shapes, sizes, genders, gender identities, and in the many forms that human sexuality takes. There is no right or wrong here, no preference to one nor the other, there is only the moments captured and the images created. It is the wish of the photographer that the images viewed will give the viewer a glimpse into a world they do not know, or a different view of a world they do know. Life is about exploration in its many forms, through this venue, let us explore together.

Current interests include spirituality, tales and narratives that aren’t ones typically taught or told, activism, experimenting with self-taught cooking, and new (sometimes unorthodox) ways of crafting things. Some of foxboi’s past projects have included full scale murals, people and animal portraits, printmaking, and various creations for literary magazines. He currently keeps a lot of his art at fleet foot, and is very open to projects of all kinds!

CrashPadSeries.com is the ongoing web series based on the award-winning The Crash Pad by Shine Louise Houston. In 2005, Shine quit her day job and started the queer porn company Pink & White Productions, putting her film degree to use when she saw a void in representation of quality queer adult cinema and decide to “fill the gap”. Since then, her four feature films have garnished multiple awards, honors, and nominations in cinema, LBGT and adult industries, and have screened world-wide. Dedicated to producing sexy and exciting images that reflect today’s blurred gender lines and fluid sexualities, Shine’s signature style brings cinematic flare, an intelligent blend of raunchy humor, and authentic sexual display from a diverse pool of models that is as much a cultural documentation as it is, quite simply put, “fucking hot.”

The site offers steamy photos, hot episodes, brainy and intimate behind the scenes performer interviews about queer pornography, sexuality, politics and desire.

Moni’ca Brown is a recently graduated, recently lackadaisical food blog writer. She is currently torn between writing while unemployed, freaking out about being unemployed, or trying to unbecome being unemployed. On her best days, she is a creative genius planning to take over the world. On her worst days she hides under the covers bemoaning the late arrival of spring. She recently grabbed a pot of mini daffodils and her first bunch of spring onions so things are looking up. Go check out her blog foodnwords.blogspot.com, but don’t judge her for not posting any new entries the last few months- she is waiting for spring, ramp season, spring garlic and garlic scapes and then, oh boy- Watch Out! Meanwhile follow her on twitter where it’s all food all the time:

Peter Fuentes is a graphic designer turned photographer whose images have appeared on several web sites, most recently on BlueTales, the JetBlue blog. In November of last year, he launched www.studiofuentes.com to showcase and promote his photography. It is his ability to capture emotion and intangible qualities of his subjects that has made his clients describe his photography as energetic, gritty, edgy and ‘Wow!’ His work as a freelancer covering the National Puerto Rican Day Parade in New York City led to concert coverage and subsequent exposure to the Afro-Punk and Pin-Up subcultures. The artistic lifestyles of these groups have ignited a creative spark, motivating him to develop a neo-retro portfolio inspired by the works of legendary artists such as Alberto Vargas and Gil Elvgren. You can become a fan of Studio Fuentes and see images from this upcoming body of work at:

Corey T is a pervy, polyamorous, butch-identified queer with roots in the Rust Belt, a head in the clouds, and a mind in the gutter. Currently a Boston-based theater director and technician, Corey usually writes for performance and believes in the power of live art to build bridges, push boundaries, and create dialogue at a grassroots level. Professional and personal interests include workers’ rights, intersectional feminism and anti-oppression work, queer and kink community-building, and juggling devil sticks. Lately Corey spends substantial amounts of time teaching puppetry to children, painting things, dangling precariously from ladders, and deciding what she wants to be when she grows up. “Deeper” is Corey’s first published smut.

Fred Dobson doesn’t write poetry; he doesn’t write fiction–and is proud to identify as pure genre-fucker.  While exploring the lines, boundaries and overlaps between the two forms, others sometimes feel the need to attach labels such as micro-fiction or prose-poetry, but he just calls it writing.

Easy Action is a dancer, actor, singer, spokesman, orator, heart-breaker, and sex life-enrichment specialist.

S. Elle grew up a half mile from the Mississippi River next to a cotton field, though her accent only comes out when she’s drunk or tired. She’s a Southern girl with the soul of a queer feminist hippie and the attention span of a five-year-old. She’s working on her Master’s in Public Administration, following three and a half years of undergraduate bliss at a small college no one’s ever heard of, where she did nothing but talk theory, sex, social inequality, and public policy over hookah and bottles of wine. She likes to wander and has a romantic inclination toward traveling, art and theatre, cooking, non-profits, advocacy, books, dresses, high heels, and anything sexuality- or gender-related. She resides in New Orleans, where everyone speaks slower due to the humidity… and the alcohol content. She’s most likely to be found at a festival, museum, restaurant, bar, or random street corner, often with camera in hand. Her sex writing and rantings can be found at:

Don Chooi is 37 years old and is based in Auckland. He started his exploration into homoerotic art when he made New Zealand his home in 1997. Coming across publications featuring artwork of Tagame and Tom of Finland, he was enamored by the depiction of unabashed masculinity which exudes sexual appeal.

Highly influenced by works of other bear artists – namely Christophe Jannin, Logan, Gengoroh Tagame, Fujimoto, Damon Ray Thrift, Neil Bruce, Mancerbear, Bo (Otokono) and Kumagoro, among many others – he began “doodling” in his spare time and a short after, started to share his drawings to online social groups dedicated to homoerotic art. Following a great reception, Don felt encouraged enough to work with commissions from individuals, bear groups / organizations around the world.

In the past seven years, Don’s work has been published in numerous publications including 100 Percent Beef, BQ Magazine (Big Men’s Quarterly) and most recently, Hair Anthology published by Bruno Gmoender. Don also submitted entries to the Folsom Street Fair poster competition and won the People’s Choice Award in 2007.

Don has been contributing artwork for Liberty Bears of Philadelphia, Roseland WV Bear Fair, Front Range Bears in Denver, Maximus Blackfire Weekend in Palm Springs and Bears of the West in Arizona, among many others. His work is regularly featured in The Wrangler Bar in Denver. A permanent gallery had also been set up in Wrangler, showcasing his work.

Alex Rheault’s writing and visual practices explore the body, erotics, experiences of sexuality, aging, social structures, and uses images or words to express/translate what is sensory, ethereal, and indeterminate. Rheault works, teaches, exhibits, and curates in New England and will exhibit large drawings in her solo, “”the Erotics of the Transforming Body”" where charcoal and ink smears, lines, and drips collide on gessoed wood panels, a prelude to a larger installation of work for “Drawing Disaster” at MECA’s ICA.
